How async telehealth works
Asynchronous telehealth means you complete your intake on your own time and a licensed clinician reviews it without a live video call. It's well suited to regenerative peptide therapy because the key decisions, safety screening, lab review, and peptide selection, don't require a real-time conversation.
1. Order & intake
~10 minutes- Pick a therapy and submit your order with a short health intake form
- No appointment or video visit is required for these therapies
- Have ready: your recovery goals, current supplements and medications, and your state of residence
- Upload recent labs if you have them, and note which peptides interest you
2. Provider review
Usually a day or two- An independent licensed provider reviews your order, which is required before anything can be dispensed
- Your card is charged at order placement, which is what allows the order to be sent for review
- Prescriptions are issued at the provider's discretion, based on medical necessity
- If it is not approved, nothing ships and you are refunded in full
3. Pharmacy ships
Up to 5 business days- Once approved and paid, a US-licensed pharmacy compounds and ships your order
- Shipments are tracked and go to US addresses only, in states where our providers and pharmacies operate
- The dispensing pharmacy's name is on the box, not ours
- Compounds are prepared to USP standards for identity, purity, and potency
4. Ongoing support
Whenever you need it- A specialist is available for questions, additions, or adjustments
- No required check-ins
- Refills and changes are coordinated through your portal
- Testing panels are a separate service and are never required
Refunds, shipping & cancellation
Not approved
Full refund. Nothing ships if a provider does not approve your order.
Before your order reaches the pharmacy
Full refund for any reason. The cancellation window is usually a day or two, until the order is sent to the pharmacy.
After your order reaches the pharmacy
No refund. Compounded preparations are made individually for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged, defective, or lost
Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We replace or refund case by case.
Shipping area
We ship within the United States only, to states where our providers and partner pharmacies operate.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
Sourcing & quality standards
US-licensed pharmacies only
Every compound is prepared by a US-licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy. No foreign pharmacies, research chemical suppliers, or unregulated sources.
USP standards
Pharmacies are held to USP standards for identity, purity, and potency. 503B outsourcing facilities additionally operate under CGMP; 503A pharmacies operate under state pharmacy board regulation.
Provider-reviewed, every order
An independent licensed provider reviews every order before it can be dispensed. Prescriptions are issued at the provider's discretion, based on medical necessity.
HIPAA-covered data handling
Your health information is encrypted and access-restricted. It is never sold and never used for advertising.
